Dry Coconut And Garlic Chutney
This flavorful dry chutney is a delicious blend of desiccated coconut, chickpeas, and red chili powder. It can be used as a breakfast side dish, or as an accompaniment for South Indian cuisines such as Dosa or Idli.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cocofly Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
2 tbsp Split chickpeas
1 tsp Cocofly Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Red chili powder
8 Curry leaves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
4 large Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
METHOD
Dry roast curry leaves in a pan and keep aside.
Dry roast Cocofly Unsweetened Shredded Coconut until it turns light brown.
Fry the chickpeas using Cocofly Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and make a coarse powder.
Mix well & store in an air-tight container.
