Avocado Coconut Oats Slice

Avocado Coconut Oats Slice is a healthy breakfast substitute, which can be taken along morning coffee or smoothies. It can also be used as a leisure snack. Being egg-less, these slices are suitable for vegans as well.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Quick oats

3/4 cup Cocofly Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

1/2 cup Cocofly Coconut Palm Sugar

1/4 cup Cocofly Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

1/5 cup Butter (melted)

1 large Avocado (mashed)

1 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

METHOD

Take a huge container and mix quick oats, whole wheat flour, shredded coconut, coconut sugar and baking powder in it.

Take another container and thoroughly mix mashed avocado, lemon juice, and melted butter.

Add the avocado mixture to the oats mixture. Add coconut milk & honey to it and mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly into a baking tray and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.

Preheat the oven to 356 °F and bake the mixture in it for 25-30 minutes.

After the mixture turns golden brown, let it cool and then cut it into even pieces.
