Coconut Banana Halloween Pops

Use these easy to make gluten-free Coconut Banana Pops as dessert for your Halloween party or hand them out to kids as treats, your wish!

Serves: 10 | Time: 2 Hours | Difficulty: Easy

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Cocofly Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1/2 cup Cocofly Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

5 Bananas (large)

10 Popsicle sticks

3 tbsp Honey

Chocolate chips

METHOD

Cut peeled bananas in half and carefully insert popsicle sticks in them.

Freeze the bananas for 1 hour.

Whisk together melted coconut oil & honey until smooth.

Glaze the bananas using a spoon and roll them into shredded coconut.

Dip chocolate chips in the glaze and use them to make ghost eyes and mouths.

Freeze again for 1 hour and serve.
