Paleo Coconut Bars

This minimal Coconut Bars recipe uses only 4 ingredients and it's super easy to make. These paleo-friendly bars are perfect for satiating the cravings of people with a sweet tooth.

INGREDIENTS

4 cups Cocofly Unsweetened Shredded coconut

3/4 cup Honey

1/2 cup Cocofly Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1 tsp Cinnamon powder (Optional)

METHOD

Make a thick batter by mixing unsweetened shredded coconut, honey, and melted extra virgin coconut water.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in it. Smoothen the surface by using a flat spatula.

Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on the top, and then refrigerate it until firm.

Cut into pieces and enjoy.
