Coconut Pie

This easy-to-make Coconut Pie is a scrumptious delight to all pie lovers. You can enjoy it as a dessert or serve on special occasions.

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

3/4 cup sugar 

1/4 cup  brown sugar 

1/2 cup self raising flour 

2 cups milk 

1 cup roasted/toasted Cocofly Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

4 tbsp  butter 

A pinch of cinnamon powder 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/2 tsp salt

 

METHOD

Heat oven to 355°F.

Blend all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.

Cool completely before cutting.
